Our Story

The District Butcher, proudly owned by Jimmie and Kim Cummings, is more than just a butcher shop—it's a testament to our 37 years in the cattle business. Located in Willow Park, Texas, we source the majority of our meat from the Cummings Ranch in Hamilton County. Here, our cattle are raised and handled humanely, with a strong emphasis on quality feeding and finishing.
